This tote is a tribute to the illustrious past of the high-end brand and is embellished with two entwined chains, leather straps, the iconic interlocking CC logo, and “31 Rue Cambon” (the address of Coco Chanel’s apartment and first store). The History of the Chanel Grand Shopping Tote:
The Shopping Tote, an early 2000s fashion mainstay and icon, has long been a favorite among Chanel handbag devotees. The Grand Shopping Tote is the ultimate classic! The bag is available in three sizes: Petite Shopping Tote, Grand Shopping Tote, and Grand Shopping Tote XL. The Chanel Shopping Tote is well known for its spaciousness and elegant simplicity and is only offered in classic quilting. Additionally, there were only ever two hardware color options: gold and silver. After the GST was discontinued in 2015, demand for these Chanel purses increased dramatically, now it is only available on the resale market. The Chanel Shopping Tote is now a sought-after vintage item among collectors.

The Deauville is the ideal summer/beach tote bag, it is super practical and chic, while the GST is an amazing everyday bag you could even use as a work bag.
